Diversity and/or inclusion
Both words are kind of describing this same thing. These words stress different aspects of
discussion. So what do they describe? They
describe that there is no such a thing like one but many. They describe the variety, range of things, and
equality of state of beings/things. The difference between them is that
one emphasizes distinctions and the other equality between the differences. In some way both are necessary to have a
discussion and yet one will help us to come closer to each other with our
differences and the other will create the distinctions among us and
disunity.
